High River Driving School is a government certified and licensed school, we have special insurance with a $1,000,000.00 liability and are bonded.

Established in the professional driver training business since 1987 we offer Class 1,3, airbrakes, refresher courses, and driver’s education to High River and all surrounding areas.

(Okotoks, Black Diamond, Turner Valley, Nanton, Vulcan, Millarville, and DeWinton).

Our considerate experienced instructors train respectfully with your safety as our main concern.

We train for the construction industry, oil patch, highway drivers, LTL, and new  drivers for Class 5, GDL refreshers and brush ups for seniors.

Our students for Class1, 3 and air brakes come predominately from Calgary but we train people from all over Canada. We regularly train people from the Fort McMurray area (this area employs people from the west coast to the east coast).

We are located 20 minutes south of Calgary in High River, Alberta.

We will train to suit your individual needs.

Within minutes students with no or very little experience can be on a quiet road to start their training.

Driving a large truck can be overwhelming at first but starting on peaceful slow paced roads with experienced trainers can make all the difference and prove to be a “MASTER KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS”.

Those with more experience will immediately be in heavier congested traffic with more challenges (traffic lights, entering and leaving high speed highways, lane changes, etc.)  You will not have to sit in slow moving congested city traffic that frustrates drivers. We can save you time and therefore money.

 You will receive more training per hour for your buck, finish faster and have the confidence to apply for the job you want.
